Curriculum Vitae

Dr. Tomaž Einfalt graduated as a Pharmacist at the Faculty of Pharmacy - University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. During his studies he participated in interdisciplinary research projects at the University of Regensburg, Germany and University of Aston, United Kingdom focusing on Lyophilisation and nanoparticle drug delivery systems. In 2017 he obtained a PhD in Nanosciences under supervision of Prof. C. Palivan and Prof. J. Huwyler at the department of Chemistry and department of Pharmaceutical sciences.

Beginning September 2017 Tomaž joined the research division «Pharmaceutical Technology» of Prof. Dr. Huwyler at the University of Basel as a Postdoctoral researcher. His current research interests are focused on developing new biomimetic nano-systems for biomedical applications.
