Jonas Kost graduated from the University of Basel as a Master in Drug Sciences in 2020.

He conducted his master thesis on the investigation of analytical methods and formulation stability of adeno-associated virus serotype 2 at Lonza Drug Product Services, supervised by Prof. Dr. J. Huwyler.

He continued working in the formulation development of Lonza Drug Product Services for four months before joining the Pharmaceutical Technology research group of Prof. Dr. J. Huwyler as a PhD in November 2020. His current research focuses on mesoporous drug carriers used for targeting drug delivery.
