Valerie Wentzky received her diploma as pharmacist in December 2013 from Ruprecht Karls University of Heidelberg, Germany. In July 2015 she joined the Pharmaceutical Care Research Group as PhD student. Until then she worked in a community pharmacy and meanwhile achieved the ‘Certificate of Clinical Pharmacy’ from University of Tübingen. Her research focuses on “Monitoring of adherence to polypharmacy in primary care”. To keep in touch with patients and to continue her education Valerie works regularly in a community pharmacy in Lörrach and at Bruderholz hospital where she entered the FPH postgraduate program in Clinical Pharmacy. She also contributes to i.m@il-Offizin, a pharmaceutical information service for practitioners.
