Esther Spinatsch studied pharmacy at the University of Geneva, Switzerland, and graduated in 2008 (Federal diploma). The following year she worked at the pharmacy of the University Medical Policlinic of Lausanne. In 2010 she joined the PCRG at the University of Basel as research assistant and teacher practitioner. In parallel she works in a community pharmacy in Basel.

Teaching:

Single lectures as teacher practitioner and examiner for Master and federal exams.

Research:

• Member of IENK (interdisziplinäre Expert_innengruppe für Notfallkontrazeption)
• Editor of i.mail-Offizin, a bi-monthly information service for community pharmacies
• Coordination and evaluation of the yearly Flu-vaccination campagn in Basel
