Linnéa Simona Wälti graduated from ETH Zurich, Switzerland, and obtained her federal diploma as a pharmacist in 2022. Before joining the Pharmaceutical Care Research Group in Basel, she gained practical experience by working for six months in a community pharmacy in Zurich. During her PhD studies, she continued her professional practice in a community pharmacy in Uster, where she also completed further training as a community pharmacist. In 2025, she successfully obtained her FPH Offizin certification. Her PhD thesis focuses on the implementation of an interprofessional service aimed at improving medication safety and fostering collaboration between pharmacists, general practitioners, and patients in outpatient care. Currently, Linnéa works at a community hospital, where she is responsible for implementing a patient pharmacy to enhance pharmaceutical care and patient outcomes.
