The recently established AlumniPharma association provides the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences with an ideal platform to stay in contact with former students, assistants and lecturers, and to foster continuous exchange between pharmaceutical scientists of all occupational fields. AlumniPharma closely collaborates with the Pharmaceutical Society of Basel (PGBS) on these endeavors.
AlumniPharma members not only benefit from the various privileges and perks of the parent organization AlumniBasel but have also access to tailored, pharmaceutically relevant events, lectures, tours and information. Considering the broad spectrum of professional fields, ranging from community and hospital pharmacists to diverse positions in government, industry, research and teaching, and the importance of continuous education, a strong professional network is particularly important in Pharmaceutical Sciences. The close collaboration with PGBS, an association that represents the interests of local professionals since 1921 and is accredited as official provider of advanced training by pharmaSuisse, broadens the range of offers even further.
If you are interested in joining AlumniPharma, you may enroll via the registration form on the AlumniBasel website. The annual membership fee of CHF 60 includes all benefits of AlumniPharma and its parent organization, with special rates being available for recent graduates. Thanks to the generous offer of PGBS, you may also consider to opt for a dual membership at an attractive rate.
The Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences is excited about this great opportunity to stay in contact with their alumni and highly appreciates the collaboration with PGBS.
