The University of Basel's Bachelor's Info Day took place on November 22 - under very special conditions
The first snow of the winter made for chaotic traffic conditions. Despite this, numerous high school graduates came to find out about study opportunities at the University of Basel. Our department met with great interest: We had hundreds of conversations at the information stand, supplemented our offer with an exciting presentation and were able to gain a wide range of insights into the world of pharmaceutical careers at the career podium. The event was rounded off with a variety of workshops. From AI and VR in drug research to laboratory tours and the production of chocolate pills in the simulation pharmacy, there was something for everyone. A big thank you to everyone involved - it was an unforgettable day that impressively showcased the versatility and attractiveness of the pharmaceutical sciences.
