Jacek Kędzierski received his Batchelor’s Diploma in Chemistry from the University of Warsaw in 2017 where he focused on the theoretical analysis of knotted proteins. Moreover, in 2018 he received Batchelor’s Degree in Biotechnology from the same university for his work on prion proteins. In 2019 he completed a Master's thesis in Theoretical chemistry also at the University of Warsaw which focused on the analysis of the thermal stability of bacteriophage proteins. During this time he has contributed to multiple research projects at the Institute of Organic Chemistry Polish Academy of Sciences as well as the Institute of Physical Chemistry Polish Academy of Sciences. After his studies in Warsaw, he completed an internship at the Particle and Formulation Characterization department of F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG in Basel where he focused on the characterization of drug API polymorphism. In February 2020 he started as a Ph.D. student in Prof. Dr. Markus A. Lill's Group under PD Dr. Martin Smiesko's supervision. During his Ph.D., he focuses on the identification of xenobiotics interfering with corticosteroid-androgen balance by in silico and in vitro means.
