Victoria Lefrançois completed her Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Lausanne in August 2025, specializing in Pharmacology and Toxicology. For her Master’s thesis, she joined the laboratory of Prof. Marc Suter, focusing on neuroimmune interactions in chronic pain. Her research investigated how macrophage-derived extracellular vesicles influence neuronal excitability in dorsal root ganglia.
Victoria joined the Molecular and Systems Toxicology group as a PhD student in November 2025. Her work explores how endocrine-disrupting chemicals, such as phthalates, bisphenols, and their analogues, disrupt estrogen and androgen steroidogenesis in testicular and ovarian systems.
